About this service
If you are due for a repeat of an existing prescription and cannot see your prescriber in time, a pharmacist may be able to help after assessing your situation.
Renewal is not automatic. The pharmacist reviews your circumstances and decides whether a renewal is appropriate, how long it may be for, and whether you should see your prescriber first.

- Not all medications are eligible
- The length of any renewal is at the pharmacist’s discretion
