Privacy policy

DRAFT — THIS POLICY REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW BEFORE LAUNCH. It describes how this website behaves today, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and does not yet address the pharmacy’s wider privacy obligations.

What this website collects. When you send a message through the contact form or request an appointment, we store the name, contact details and message you provide, together with the date and the page you sent it from. Nothing else about your visit is stored.

What this website deliberately does not collect. There is no field anywhere on this site for symptoms, diagnoses, medication names, prescription numbers, health-card details, date of birth, medical history, or file uploads. If a message appears to contain health information anyway, it is flagged internally so staff handle it appropriately, and we ask that you do not send such details through this website.

How your message is used. Messages are used to reply to you and are visible only to staff who are signed in to the pharmacy’s content management system. They are not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing.

Cookies and tracking. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A sign-in cookie is set only for staff using the content management system. If you dismiss an announcement banner, that preference is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.

External services. Some booking links take you to a website operated by another organisation. Once you follow such a link, that organisation’s privacy policy applies rather than this one. You are told before you leave this site.

Your rights and how to contact us. You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Please contact the pharmacy directly — contact details are on the contact page.

This policy will be dated and versioned once it has been reviewed.
