Synergy Drug Mart is an independent community pharmacy. Being independent means the decisions about how we look after people are made here, by the team who see you, rather than by someone who has never met you.
In practice, that shows up in small ways. There is time to answer a question properly. There is a private space when a conversation needs one. And when something is outside what a pharmacist can help with, you get an honest answer and a clear direction rather than a polite deflection.
