Accessibility statement
What we have done to make this website usable, and how to tell us when it is not.
We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, or viewing the site at a large text size.
What we have done. The site is built toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every page has a skip link and proper landmarks. All functionality can be reached by keyboard, focus is always visible, and the mobile menu traps focus and returns it when closed. Text scales with browser zoom and operating-system font settings rather than being fixed in place. Animation is switched off entirely for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
Known limitations. This statement describes the website as built. It has not yet been audited by an external accessibility specialist, and it has not yet been tested with every combination of screen reader and browser. Some supplied photographs contain text baked into the image; that text is described in the alt text where it carries meaning, but it cannot be resized independently.
Physical accessibility of the pharmacy itself is being confirmed and will be published on the contact page.
Telling us about a problem. If something on this website does not work for you, please contact the pharmacy and tell us what happened and what you were using. We will do our best to put it right.
